Nepà was born from a shared dream of three women, Paola, Martina, and Giulia: to open a 100% vegan, modern, inclusive, and above all, delicious patisserie. For several years, Paola has been experimenting with new recipes using 100% plant-based products within her Fornovegano, innovating and reinventing both modern and ancient recipes. Giulia and Martina, two sisters with over 10 years of experience in the world of coffee shops and hospitality, wanted to apply their know-how to managing a place that reflected their life choices. After nearly 2 years of research, planning, and study, they opened Nepà in April 2023, a place for sharing, experimenting, welcoming, and enjoying good food.
Fornovegano is a story of friendship and passions: the friendship that binds the four partners, the passions that unite them. Passion for good quality food, passion for the well-being of the planet and the individual, passion for craftsmanship, passion for new adventures, and for challenges. One passion above all: to demonstrate that vegan food can be not only healthy and ‘respectful’ but also good and appetizing.
